I would like to know if the installation of an electric boiler is valid as a replacement for a gas boiler, and if it goes into the tax credit?
The electric boiler has the advantage of simplicity, the lack of maintenance, the compactness, the silence of operation and the absence of flue gas duct. However, it sells very little in France, because the cost of use, in other words its consumption, remains high.
It can nevertheless be interesting, in the case of a house already equipped with a network of radiators, and used in half-season or intermittently (second home). It can be held in a place that can not be connected to the gas network and where the supply of fuel is impossible or difficult.
It does not give access to tax credits.
