The cutter uses the chainsaw as its heat engine and the grinder as its spindle for cutting discs.
Check that the disk usage range is equal to or greater than the maximum speed of the machine.
Orient the disc according to the direction of rotation of the spindle (arrow).
Before each use, check the tension of the belt (and its wear).
On this machine, the square nut must coincide with a raised vertical mark.
To prevent dust, connect the machine to a water supply or pressurized container.
Open the water supply leaving the tap closed on the machine side.
Place the cutter on a stable floor. If the engine is cold, close the choke damper (it reopens when starting).
Operate the decompressor, to facilitate startup.
Check that there is no flammable liquid within 3m, or any obstacle near the disc.
A foot in the handguard, press the machine to the ground and operate the launcher.
Orient the protection cover according to the cut to be made: neither too high at the front nor too low.
Accelerate to full speed (for a minute if the disc is new).
Place the piece so as to avoid jamming the disc at the end of cutting.
Bring the supports together so that the halves are not cantilevered towards the center.
After a tracing pass, start cutting by moving forward and backward slowly.
Cut in successive passes 3 to 5 cm deep.
Accelerate thoroughly (30s) to dry the disc after closing the valve on the machine side.
Release the throttle and stop the engine, the circuit breaker in the "stop" position.
