The Content Of The Article:

Hello I have just acquired a new house whose finishing work remains to be done. Do I keep the ten year warranty if I do the work myself: installation of faucets (wall drilling), installation of hood duct, tile, plaster and paint.

The ten-year guarantee can "fall" when the structure is modified, or the planned works impact this structure, for example by modifying the framework for the purpose of developing attics, by raising the height... The proposed works are works which should not jeopardize this guarantee. Be careful, however, to operations that may lead to drilling of load-bearing structures!
