The Content Of The Article:

We had a house built with "Maisons Pierre". We signed the reception attended by an expert from Veritas on January 24, 2007. We moved in on March 16, 2007. We then noticed an anomaly compared to the construction plans at the back of the pavilion. The windows of the living room are not in the intended location, and the right pane of the kitchen window partially overlaps the left pane of one of the 2 living room windows. On the other hand, is it normal that a sommier of 140 can not enter the rooms (attic furnished by Maisons Pierre), nor by the staircase, nor by the windows of the 1st floor? What are the possible remedies for us?

In both cases, you can only negotiate first, then continue because none of your problems are covered by any of the guarantees (except perhaps the perfect completion for your components).
