One of the gases on my hob Airlux does not work anymore, it turns on but does not hold. I controlled the nozzle, the thermo-couple works. Is it possible that it is the tap?

The causes are multiple:
- the thermocouple does not work (apparently verified);
- the gas does not arrive: the control is easy by swapping the burners;
- the nozzle or its nozzle are dirty.
You do not specify the type of power supply for your appliance, natural gas or butane / propane. In the second case, the regulator may be involved.
Never forget that a gas appliance is potentially dangerous. It is certainly safe to use a convenience store of the brand or store where you purchased the unit. There are also companies specializing in the maintenance of this type of device.

If the gas ignites right next to the burner it will create hot spots and warping and will ultimately damage the burner and need replacing. It could even burn holes in the burner and that would become dangerous.
