Do I need permission to put an arbor wood and fabrics of 15m ² on my descent garage?

An arbor comprising a wooden column stud structure supported by columns constitutes an open structure which must be regarded as a construction when it is more than 1.50 m high and has a surface area of floor of more than 2 m². Since it does not have the effect of changing the purpose of the existing building or creating a new floor area, the construction of an arbor with dimensions greater than those indicated is exempt from building permits to be subject only to the procedure of advance declaration of works. We must see if this type of construction does not enter the cases of prohibition to build provided by the land use plan (POS) or in a subdivision regulation in the area. If this is the case, the mayor may legally oppose the declaration of work.
