I am doing a bathroom, toilet and laundry in an old stable. My question is: can we pass the electrical wiring under the skirting board?
Electric baseboards can obviously be used without restrictions for electrical installations of rooms other than the bathroom.
Attention: the bathroom is subject to a particular regulation that must be followed scrupulously respecting the NF C 15-100 standard. It is presented in a SHEET on our site. The regulations provide that "electrical conductors under ducts, trunking or skirting exposed in insulating material are prohibited in zones 0, 1, 2 and 3 of rooms containing a shower or bath, but in zones 2 and 3 the conductors placed insulated duct in one piece and without accessories are allowed "(Promotelec information).
