Some brands offer complete kits including rails, rollers on wheels, guides and all mounting accessories.
Draw two parallel lines on the bottom and under the top shelf of the cabinet.
Be sure to observe the distances recommended by the manufacturer.
With a router, dig two grooves twice in the trays.
The cutter used depends on the size of the rails you will put.
Cut the rails to the correct size, then insert them gently into the grooves.
Use a martyr shim and a soft mallet to avoid damaging them.
On the door, mark the location of the sliding rollers (in the lower part) and guide pieces (in the upper part).
Drill the door (inner side) with a mounting cutter.
In our case, the hole is straddling the edge of the door, to insert the guide pieces.
The guide pieces are mounted without glue or screws at the top of the door.
Push them into their homes until they are refused.
Align them at the edge of the panel.
Fit the sliding rollers at the bottom of the door: pre-drill the panels.
Screw the rollers loosely for easy adjustment.
Fit the door in its rails.
To facilitate installation, the guide retracts with a lever on the guide parts.
Adjust the verticality by rotating it.
Adjust the sliding roller to correct the verticality of the door and obtain a perfect alignment on the furniture uprights.
