I bought glass wool to insulate my metal garage door, but I do not know how to hold it. Thank you for your advice.
A priori, glass wool is not the most suitable insulation for this use, because of its texture and flexibility. Plates of expanded or extruded polystyrene appear to be more in phase with this use. It must then be able to fix them on a door that is not designed for that. Bonding by studs with polyurethane putty must be sufficiently durable. There are kits in thin product reflectorisante but whose effectiveness is not proven.
