I own my apartment, it dates back to 1972. I would like to change the insulation because there is not much. Is it better to use calibel or doublissimo? I must not exceed 60 cm + the glue. All windows are double glazed.
The two products that you quote are insulating composite panels in plates to stick directly on the walls. They allow both thermal and acoustic insulation. These are very good products with good thermal resistance. But beware: it is necessary that the walls are regular.
Doublissimo is however a little more technical because, in addition to its excellent insulating performance, it benefits from the ACTIV'AIR technology which makes it possible to effectively and sustainably reduce the concentration of volatile organic compounds in the room, it is also stronger.
