A very simple tool to use, the surface sprinkler is simply connected to a pipe. It is then placed where you want in the garden. There are several models, some to stay in place while others can be moved.

Watering systems: surface sprinklers

Oscillating Sprinkler

Oscillating Sprinkler

The oscillating sprinkler disperses the water fan on a rectangular surface. The oscillating movement is adjusted to limit the stroke of the jet, or hangs. On certain models, the width of the fan can be reduced as well.
• Minimum pressure: 2 bar.
• Small models for 25 to 200 m2 (race from 6 to
12 m, range between 4 and 16 m wide, flow rate 550 l / h).
• Large models for 28 and 380 m2 (stroke from 7 to 21 m, range from 4 to 17 m, flow rate up to 1,130 l / h).
• For lawns and beds.

Sprinkler

Sprinkler

The barrel sprinkler owes its name to its mode of operation: it sprinkles with jerks, a jet dispersing the water. This mechanism allows watering a circle of 12.5 m radius, the couse can be reduced with locking rings.
• Minimum pressure: 3 bars.
• Flow (at 4 bar) 870 l / h.
• Range of 3 to 12.5 m.
• Surface watered from 30 to 490 m2.
• Watering area from 25° to 360°.
• For lawns and beds.

Multisurface sprinkler

Multisurface sprinkler

The multisurface sprinkler is equipped with 4 to 9 nozzles of different shapes, which allows to water a specific area without watering those around it. Possibility to play also on the flow of water for small surfaces.
• Minimum pressure: 3 bars.
• Shapes of the nozzles: circle, oval, semicircle, square, rectangular, precise point.
• For lawns and beds.

Porous pipe

Porous pipe

The flexible porous pipe is pierced with a multitude of tiny holes through which the water flows at a very low flow. He is lying on the ground or slightly buried. Only areas less than 10 cm on both sides are watered. He is aging badly...
• Maximum pressure: 0.5 bar, obtained by a flow and pressure regulating tip (usually sold with the hose).
• Flow rate: 9 l / m / h at 0.5 bar.
• Pipe length: from 7 to 100 m.
• For hedges, borders and vegetable garden.

Drilled pipe

Drilled pipe

The drilled pipe (also called watering boom) allows to diffuse a very fine rain. Composed of contiguous channels and pre-drilled tiny holes, it allows a regular dispersion of water in the soil on both sides of the pipe.
• Pressure: between 3 and 4 bars. It can nevertheless be used with a low water flow to reduce dispersion and flow rates.
• Flow: 1280 l / h up to 2.5 m on both sides of the pipe.
• Pipe length: 7.5m or 15m (depending on brands).
• For hedges and vegetable garden.

Watering systems: surface sprinklers: flow

The built-in dripper hose is drilled every 30 cm of holes through which the water drips. Only the soil in the immediate vicinity of the pipe is watered. This watering mode is very economical.
• Pressure: about 3 bars.
• Flow: 4 l / h every 30 cm (depending on brand).
• Length of the pipe: 25 to 100 m.
• For hedges, borders and vegetable garden.
