I own a home that I rent and the company that maintains the central heating boiler and hot water sends me a repair estimate of it, only parts. The trustee tells me that it does not concern me, because the maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant, what should I do?
If the tenant has to take care of the annual maintenance contract for the boiler, the repairs resulting in the replacement of parts are the responsibility of the owner. That's why this company sends you a quote for the replacement of these defective parts.
Refer to the decree of August 26, 1987 which details repairs to the tenant and those borne by the owner.
