I have cemented walls in a future bathroom. I would like to coat them with lime (I have already done it on the outside walls) and seal them, especially the shower area. Which product to apply on lime (wax, glazer...) without going through the very complicated process of tadelakt or can I directly seal the existing cement?

No covering other than the tiles, is really waterproof in a "shower area". It must be specified. To answer your question, however, there are decorative coating products, including lime, based on oil-repellent and water-repellent polymers which create a beading effect, for example in BLANCOLOR (04 90 15 22 50).
