I want to transform the look of a wooden table. It's a beautiful walnut table. It may seem crazy but that it fits the spirit of home decor I want to revamp and give it a little air "industrial", + modern. I would like to insert a wire all around the board, and flatten metal pieces on some sides of the feet. 1- what wire of metal? 2- what metal (type aged)? 3- paste? what glue? Do you have any ideas?
First of all, as you can imagine, I would be rather reserved about transforming a wooden piece of furniture, especially if it is drowning... Note that today there are paint giving a metal effect, including on the wood. For your realization, the brass wire could certainly be suitable.
