I have an entrance hall whose floor is wood chipboard. I wish to paint it, but which floor paint is the most appropriate?
The chipboard (or particleboard) is not a material that can remain exposed to friction, trampling and puncturing. The best is therefore to protect it with a coating (tiles, laminate, parquet, tiles, PVC, etc.).
If you really want to paint it, you need a floor paint or a resin. Clean the floor, sand lightly, dust off and apply two coats of resin-based wood printing. After complete drying you will only have to apply the "special floor" paint of your choice or the resin.
