I wish to repaint my exteriors (stairs, window sills, caps of the porches above the entrance doors). If the stairs are porous concrete, this is not the case for the rest, which was painted in the past and is not porous. My question is: will the painting hang and can I use the same paint as for the stairs (special V33 concrete exterior paint, with shampoo and primer)?

To paint your stairs, use only special ground paint based on epoxy resin or polyurethane. Follow the tips in our sheet on flooring and synthetic grass to apply your paint.

You can use an exterior concrete paint for the other substrates after a light sanding followed by a cleaning and possibly the application of a primer. Do not repaint on "blocked" media. The hanging would not be good.
