We are going to build a house we saw with our builder all is ok, but here it tells us that the price of the screed for our floor heating is not included in the price of the house we are surprised. Is he entitled?
A construction contract in accordance with the law of 19/12/90 must always be signed before the start of work. It will act as a reference document to which both parties will have to comply. All the work envisaged, which is included in the final price, must be included, in particular underfloor heating and its screed if it has been planned beforehand.
On the other hand, if the heating on the ground constitutes a supplement, it is normal that the screed concerning it is charged in addition. So check your contract.
