The attachment of the clutch lever with below the tab which receives the sheath are located on the left part of the chassis. The steering column of a cart is positioned in the center. On the right are the profiles that receive the forward / reverse shuttle. These parts were welded on a cradle motor engine type ruggerini diesel type md 151-9
Different profiles are used for the left part of the chassis. In the upper part the profile of 188-30-15 is used for fixing the first fixed hood. An 8x50 bolt serves as a stop for the accelerator pedal. A drilled cylinder Ø10 mm locks the clutch (from a tiller) of the rotovator. The cover is secured by an angle bracket above.
A drilling Ø 30 mm and two Ø 8,5 are realized to be able to fix the master cylinder of cart.
The axis of the brake pedal and accelerator takes place in the profile drilled for this purpose.
The modifications made to the engine hoop make it possible to fix the pedal and the clutch stop.
A reinforcement of 205 x 40 mm is welded on the cradle to reinforce it.
The angle of the steering column is inclined at 70° to the chassis.
The installation of the rear and front trains
Between the design and the realization, it is not rare that the do-it-yourselfers are brought to make modifications... It is that our reader did while changing of the place the rack of direction
On either side of the rear axle grease nipples are placed to facilitate the lubrication of the latter.
The shaft's power take-offs are attached to the frame by two bolts of 12 x 80 mm at the rear and 12 x 40 mm at the front
An 8 x 80 mm safety bolt is placed between the rear shaft and the front shaft
Taken on an old Renault 20 diesel the rack is fixed to the frame by two bolts of 10 x 40 mm and by two bolts of 10 x 60 mm
Keys for the clutching of the rear axle are fixed with 4 screws of 6 x 40 mm
The front axle is equipped with two spindles with grease nipples. the base of the front axle is completed by bearings; Attention they must be well greased to facilitate assembly.
The nosewheel rockets are held by two 10 x 50 mm bolts
If the rear wheels are held by 4 nuts, the front wheels are fixed with a single screw per wheel. The wheels are equipped with agricultural tire 5-00-12
The bar which connects the two front rockets is screwed on the latter with the help of two bolts of 5 x 50 mm
The assembly of the direction
The steering rack is connected with the left front rocket of the tractor.
The steering shaft and its cardan are fixed by a bolt of 8 x 40 mm. The steering wheel is screwed onto the steering shaft with a simple 22mm nut.
An ingenious hydraulic lifting system
The rear lift is screwed to the tractor frame by 8 x 10 x 60 mm bolts
It is completed by a lift cylinder to facilitate its use
The lifting arms consist of two openwork plates 290 x 50 x 8 mm and two other plates with bearings and drilled Ø 16 mm for the mounting of ball joints Ø 25 mm. The lift arms are mounted on the frame with single pins and 2 bolts 16 x 60 mm on the candles.
The clutch pedal is placed between two spacers (Ø8 mm inside) and 20 mm long.
The brake pedal equipped with its pusher and the accelerator pedal are held by a bolt of 8 x 80 mm.
The hydraulic reserve of 36 liters is made with a bin of 120 liters. Cut and sealed with a plastic sheet 5 mm thick. This one is previously equipped with a plug and necessary connections for the arrival (in the upper part) and the departure (in the lower part) of the oil before being glued (glue for windshield).
Taken on a diesel Golf, the gearbox is fixed to the chassis by two bolts of 8 x 30 mm and by four bolts of 8 x 60 mm. The disc with the cardan is placed at the same time.
Bearings that support the drive sprockets of the box are screwed to the frame with four 8 x 30 mm bolts.
The chain tensioner consists of three plates and a threaded shaft that can act on the tension.
The gearbox is controlled by a lever recovered on an R5. It is connected to the link of the box. Teflon tape is inserted into the cross member that supports the seat.
A cart engine
Ruggerini brand, the engine takes place at the bottom and at the top on four silentblocs
To connect the clutch of the PTO, the gearbox of the golf and the clutch of the tiller, three disks (flector) are necessary. they are screwed by 6 bolts of 8 x 60 mm.
