Can we really transform a small electric motor of 380 V three-phase 220 V three-phase, knowing that the power supply of the house is 220 three-phase? Should we add an additional element?
To go from 380 three-phase to 220 three-phase, there is a theoretical solution, but one that generates a loss of power. Normally, the three coils of the motor (designed in 380 three phase) are connected in star. It is then enough to connect them in triangle to obtain 220 three-phase.
