Intended for the treatment of plants, these devices project a liquid into fine particles (spray) or powder (powder for insecticides).

Powdery

Powdery

They are intended to spray insecticide powder. The old models are manual. The powder is sprayed by a bellows of the type used for chimneys. Modern dusters are equipped with cranks. The flow is adjustable.

Manual sprayers

Manual sprayers

• They work with a pumping handle.
With prior pressure Sprayer is usually made of plastic or copper. It has a pump on the upper part, which ensures the pressurization before the spraying (a pressure gauge makes it possible to control the operation). Distribution is by a switch lance, adjustable jet. During treatment, the device is worn on the shoulder.
Pressure maintained : the tank is worn on the back, and a lever-lever allows the user
to pump during the operation.
Sprayers of this type have a tank that can hold up to twenty liters.

Automatic sprayers

• They are now well developed and very practical.
Syringes for watering: they connect to a garden hose. By passing through the body of the syringe, the water is loaded with product by diluting a solid cartridge. A strainer at the entrance makes it possible to filter the water.
Siphon sprayers: they work like a soda water siphon; a CO2 cartridge provides the pressure. They are metal bodies and of limited capacity.
Motorized sprayers : many models are proposed. These are motor compressors that can power a fertilizer sprayer as well as a spray gun. Portable compressors are light and very manageable.
