I have a roof terrace of 35 m2 with rooms below. I wish to develop this terrace and at the same time quench this roof terrace. I do not want to drill the slab to avoid possible infiltration later. Do you have a solution of coatings (tiles to avoid) and a solution for waterproofing?
A roof terrace concrete that supports a room already has, except for exception, a waterproofing coating. If the terrace is in the form of a concrete slab, the most logical is to put a conventional two-layer waterproofing, or a monolayer waterproofing consisting of PVC films welded together. Then, to make this terrace circulating, we can imagine all types of pavements slabs: wood, stone, composite materials... implemented on pads and removable easy to control or repair the seal.
