I would like to tile my basement but it is a concrete screed that has been bush hammered and which has been painted with a floor paint (3 layers). Do I need to make a patch or is there a product so that I can stick my tiles and what glue to use (passage of 2 cars surface about 38m2). I am looking for the simplest solution possible.

A patch is necessary to fill the surface irregularities before laying the tiles especially if it must support the passage of two cars. Then a traditional glue mortar can be used without worry. To avoid any risk of cracks, take a thick tile (up to 9 mm), if possible "full mass" porcelain which will be homogeneous throughout its thickness and will guarantee the solidity.
