The VMC simple flow brings the outside air by air intakes located in the joinery rooms to live thanks to the pressure difference between inside and outside.
In the humid rooms, extraction ducts are connected by means of ducts to a box which continuously expels the stale air towards the outside.
Self-adjusting VMC and humidity-controlled VMC
There are two single flow VMC systems: the self-regulating system with two-speed adjustable air flows by the occupants and the humidity-sensitive one, which is an option of the previous one. The renewal of the air then takes place according to the humidity rate in the water rooms. A detector automatically adjusts ventilation to reduce energy loss in case of absence or at night.
