I have marble (red veined with white) on the outdoor terraces on the floor of a detached villa. It begins to have some infiltrations during heavy rain and I would like to keep the marble terraces while achieving a seal (waterproof marble while maintaining its appearance). Initially I thought I could find a perfectly transparent resin, which does not yellow with time and that would withstand the differences in temperature from one end of the year to the next. It seems that this product does not really exist; would you have a suggestion that would allow me to solve my problem?
All you need to do is pass a specific waterproofing product such as an invisible DIP façade and porous floor treatment that you will find in most DIY superstores. This type of product is specially designed to waterproof porous outdoor floors including marble. It also protects against all types of stains. Before its application, remember to clean the terrace to eliminate any moss and dirt.
