I bought a house 2 years ago. It was equipped with solar panels in 2008 which the company filed for bankruptcy. I have a leak under the panels. What can I do?
For repair a leak under solar panels, it is theoretically possible to involve the insurance company that carried out the work, even if the company is gone. In fact, this approach is often difficult to achieve, at least amicably. Initiating a judicial procedure does not seem economically coherent, given the cost of the work to be undertaken, which should be relatively small. The best thing would be to call on a roofer.
