Why make a quote?

An estimate is a written commitment, proposed by one party and accepted or not by the other on a delimited and recognized service of both.   • the possibility of the cost of the quote (this information must be communicated to you before the quote is drawn up).

Cases in which quote preparation is mandatory

A detailed estimate (in accordance with the provisions of an order of 2 March 1990) is mandatory prior to the execution of the works, provided that their estimated amount is more than 150 € for:

  • connection, installation, maintenance and repair operations involving electrical, electronic and electrical equipment, regardless of the place of execution;
  • repair, maintenance and repair services performed for masonry, masonry and HVAC work (with the exception of operations carried out under contracts relating to the operation of heating-air conditioning), chimney sweeping, insulation, carpentry, locksmithing, roofing, plumbing, sanitary installation, waterproofing, plastering, painting, glazing, mirrors, wall and floor covering of all materials, electrical installation;
  • the operations of replacement or addition of parts, elements or apparatus consecutive to the aforementioned services.

Compulsory indication
